The 2009 vintage is the inaugural release of Albion, and is crafted in the classic Bordeaux style consisting of Sauvignon Blanc (96%) and Semillon (4%). The grapes were gently sorted and pressed on the day of harvest, and following fermentation distinct lots were aged in select French Oak for approximately six months.
